Covid-19 Actions at AndMunch

Providing and maintaining a safe environment is of upmost importance at AndMunch. We have a duty of care for our caterers, clients & members of the public when offering our services.

With the implications of the Covid-19 pandemic we are taking the following actions so yourself & everyone we interact with can enjoy a safe and enjoyable service.

Our Measures

  • All food outlets will be fitted with protective barriers and have socially distanced queuing systems in place. So, you can easily avoid direct contact and keep physical distance. 
  • A 2m distance will be maintained between all staff on catering units (excluding those from same household) 
  • Any staff (in-house team & suppliers) that develop symptoms will be instructed to self-quarantine immediately for 14 days. 
  • There will always be a responsible person on-site during working hours to ensure that the necessary Covid-19 control measures, as well as food safety controls, are implemented. 
  • All catering staff will wear appropriate P.P.E (as a minimum this will include disposable gloves, face masks and aprons) 
  • All caterers & staff have completed NCASS Covid-19 Certification 
  • All new staff will be trained in the COVID-19 controls before starting work. 
  • All persons working on catering units will receive additional training in the safe washing of hands and additional sanitising measures.
  • A Hand Wash and/or Hand Sanitising poster will be clearly visible and close to the wash hand basin. 
  • All payments will be made electronically via a contact-less system or paid in advanced of the event. 

A customer notice for Covid-19 controls will be visible on all food outlets.
